Who we are

Maniscript AI (“Maniscript”, “we”, “us”) provides a web application for generating visualization / manifestation scripts and converting scripts to voice audio (Text-to-Speech).

What data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and timestamps.
  • Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we store a Google account identifier (a “google_id”) linked to your account.
  • Your content: the goals/prompts you enter and the script text generated and saved in your library.
  • Usage and diagnostics: basic usage logs (e.g., when a script/audio action occurs) and technical metadata that may be included with it.
  • Billing data (if you purchase credits): purchases and credit pack type, amount paid, and Stripe payment identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Waitlist data (legacy): if you previously joined the waitlist, we store your email address and timestamps.
  • Contact form messages: name, email, subject, and message content you submit to us.
  • Session/cookie data: we use cookies and server-side sessions to keep you logged in and protect against abuse (e.g., CSRF protection).

How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and sign you in securely.
  • To generate scripts and audio, and to save your library content.
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • To process payments for credit packs and prevent fraud/abuse.
  • To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service (performance, reliability, security).

How we share your data

We share data only as needed to operate the service:

  • Payment processing: Stripe is used to process credit pack payments and may receive transaction and billing-related data.
  • Authentication: Google Identity Services may be used to sign you in; Google processes the sign-in flow and returns a credential to us.
  • Analytics / product insights: we may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used (e.g., interactions and performance). Clarity may set cookies or collect device/browser metadata.
  • Service providers: hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure vendors that help us run the website (under appropriate safeguards).
  • Legal: if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, and the integrity of the service.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • You can access and update some account information in the app.
  • You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by contacting us.
  • You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without cookies.
